The sperm effects in Skyrim have been done very nicely. Biologically speaking, when you ejaculate with your penis in a vagina, your sperm will obviously be in the vagina and nothing will be visible from the outside. In porn videos the man usually pulls out in the last moment and masturbates, so that the viewers would get to see the ejaculation, but that totally ruins the realism of the scene. The way ejaculation is displayed in Skyrim is just about perfect. You complete the fuck inside the hole as normal, but some sperm becomes visible outside of the hole. Even though you know intellectually that this is not the way it happens in the real world, it totally gives you the awesome feeling of ejaculating as realistically as can be expected in a computer game.
