This article is about my game that ended in March 2019. I played a male Nord named Deflorator.
The game lasted from 201-08-17 08:00 to 202-08-20 16:05, that is almost exactly 1 game year. During that time, I (meaning, of course, the character I played) had sex 692 times – 677 times (98%) with women and 15 times (2%) with men. (Always one-on-one; my mod configuration did not support group sex, neither was I interested in it. And with a male partner, I was always the one fucking the other guy, never the one being fucked.)
Curiously, I had much less sex with men than I had in my previous game (2% vs. 5%).
Here are some statistics.

Sex acts by location
Of all sex acts:
65% took place indoors
13% took place in caves, dungeons and tents
22% took place outdoors
The most popular sex locations were Hviterun (8% of all sex acts), Solitud (8%), Riften (5%) and The Rift Hold (4%).
Sex counts as having taken place in a hold when it did not take place in a settlement or its immediate vicinity. For instance, Katla's Farm would count as Solitud, Solitude Lighthouse would count as Haafingar.
Mod-added new lands are considered "holds" for the purposes of this statistic (and the entire Falskaar counts as one hold, the entire Summerset counts as one hold etc.). Just like in Skyrim proper, settlements with their immediate vicinity are countered separately, not included in the respective hold.
The most popular indoors locations were: 1) Solitud (50), 2) Hviterun (39), 3) Riften (26), 4) Markarth (22), 5) Windhelm (21), 6) Morthal (18).
The most popular outdoors locations were: 1) The Rift Hold (16), 2) Eastmarch Hold (13), 3) Falskaar Hold (10), 4) Whiterun Hold (10).
The most popular cave-dungeon-tent locations were: 1) The Reach Hold (12), 2) Hviterun (11), 3) Falskaar Hold (10), 4) Riften (7).
Note that The Naked Dragon brothels count as caves, and so does (of course) The Ratway.

When I used several positions during one sex act, the point is divided equally between them. For instance, when I started in Missionary, continued in DoggyStyle and finished in AP Kneeling Blowjob, each one of them is considered to have occurred in 1/3 sex acts.
As you can see, I like simple things – the most frequent positions with female partners were DoggyStyle, Missionary and AP Blowjob. All missionary and doggystyle positions taken together accounted for a little more than a half of all sex acts.
With male partners, the most frequent position by far was, unsurprisingly, DoggyStyle.

As you can see, the results are quite paradixocal. Most popular time for sex was between 6:00 and 9:00 and sex was rarest between 0:00 and 3:00. It is to be expected that outdoors sex was rare at night, but indoors sex was also rare between 18:00 and 03:00 at which time people in the real world are most inclined to have sex. The likely reason was that I was using a night-darkening mod and refrained from using Night Eye. That means I avoided traveling at night. Therefore I would often arrive in a town in the early evening, go to sleep, wake up in the night and spend the hours before sunrise (or the opening of shops) sneaking into houses and surprising sleeping women.
Eyewitnesses
Of all sex acts, 76% took place without spectators.

"Companions" includes the fuckee's co-travelers and household members. When sex takes place in the fuckee's workplace, it includes her co-workers, employers and employees. It also includes the fuckee's prisoners, co-prisoners and imprisoners. Co-rapees do not count as companions.
Imps and storks count as guards (unless co-rapees), thalmors, virrs and dards don't.
One sex act can have several witnesses, that's why the numbers can't be expected to add up.
Sex partners by race
I had 461 sex partners: 447 women and 14 men. Their division by race was:

"Dark" means the race which is commonly referred to as "black" in some East European languages. It means the look typical to the Mediterranea, Caucasia, Middle East, Indian subcontinent and Latin America. I can imagine that theoretically Nords are supposed to be white, Bretons are supposed to be dark and Imperials are supposed to be mulatto, but that isn't consistent. Many NPCs whom the online sources classify as Nord look dark to me (Erdi a Nord?? Get real.) and so do some classified as Imperial. On the other hand, I presume Daighre is supposed to be Breton, but she looks perfectly white to me.
This statistic is based on the race as perceived by me rather than the official race because it was impossible to to identify the official race of bandits and such afterwards, and I didn't think of registering it at the time of sex. For the same reason, I didn't distinguish between the three elven races whom I'm only beginning to learn to tell apart by sight.
The identification of all the other races is, of course, trivial.
There is an obvious discrepancy between male and female races. That is caused not by my preferences but by female body textures having been made by one mod and male body textures by another. The authors of those mods seem to have different ideas as to how one or another race is supposed to look like.
Popularity of sex partners
Here are all the partners whom I fucked more than three times. All of them are women.

Summary of my impressions
Skyrim is awfully realistic in many ways. This applies also to sex mods. Average sex lasting 47 minutes is not necessarily too realistic, but it's perfectly within the acceptable in a game world like this. And, of course, I couldn't have 13 ejaculations a week in the real world, but again it's not too unrealistic for a muscleman in a medieval fantasy world.
