This article reveals the names of a number of brothels and prostitutes created by various Skyrim mods. So it might be considered a mild spoiler.

There are several mods that add prostitutes to Skyrim. Created by different authors, it's understandable that they don't follow any uniform price convention. I presume that every mod author does take consideration of other prices in Skyrim and gives his best to make his prostitutes' fees as plausible as possible. It is still likely, though, that different mod authors have different opinions as to exactly which prices are reasonable.
There are also mods that add prostitute-like women, yet either haven't physically implemented sex (such as Fox Club Z ), or give you a mere hint of sex instead of a proper sex animation (such as BlackLand ). Furthermore, I have found that there are game situations where willingness to have sex for money can be reasonably expected (such as with female beggars).
For my previous game, I harmonized the fees of all those various kinds of prostitutes, considering not only their original values but also the inn room prices which in my game have been changed to vary from 12 septims in Winterhold to 100 septims in Solitud.
These are the base fares (see below for hole adjustments), women for men:
beggar (including farmer): 50 * donation_asked [i.e. 50 S/250 S]
500-septim sellsword: 150 S
bard: 300 S + 20 * singing_fee
bard in a brothel: prostitute's_fee + 100 S
Khajiit caravan saleswoman: 200 S

Aija of Morthal Bathhouse: one special drink (300 S for one fuck regardless of hole)

In jails, the fee (more exactly a bribe) is payable to the guard and there are no hole adjustments.
I am presuming the existence of male prostitutes in Lillandril because, firstly, why else would that man on the brothel ship walk around naked if he wasn't a prostitute, and secondly, the prison guards are female, so they can be presumed to have no scruples pimping men.
I also felt that Cairine could be treated as a quasi-prostitute. That is, I possessed her against her will all right (because she wouldn't consent to sex), but I paid her 250 S afterwards. I mean, living in such miserable conditions, she just shouldn't be so prudish. Apart from which, someone like her is highly unlikely to report me to the guards, so it felt right to compensate her for her trouble. A kind of forced prostitution, in other words.
After I had established the base fares, it occurred to me that the final payment ought to depend upon what you do to the woman. That doesn't apply to jails, because the guard doesn't care how much or little the woman has to suffer. I also tend to presume that for her exorbitant fee, Aija would put up with any kind of sex act without requiring extra payment. For all other kinds of prostitutes, it makes sense that the less comfortable she feels about something, the more it will cost for the customer.
So, trying to imagine how uncomfortable a woman can be expected to be with one or another sexual activity with a man she feels nothing for, I came up with a number of discomfort coefficients, considering things like anal penetration being painful, sucking a penis requiring effort, and ejaculation into the vagina carrying a certain risk of pregnancy. I won't bother you with the math. Suffice to say that a regular vaginal intercourse will cost you the base fare of that particular establishment. A regular blowjob will be 1.89 times more expensive, a handjob will cost you 0.31 times as much, and if you, say, fuck her in the ass and just before the ejaculation pull out and finish in her mouth, it'll set you back 3.12 times the base fare. (I know that in real-world brothels a blowjob costs less than vaginal, but it just doesn't make sense to me and until I have a chance to get some prostitutes to talk about it honestly, I'll trust my common sense.)
At the end of my game, I can say that those prices seem very reasonable. I am keeping them in my next game in which my player character is female. I don't expect to be using prostitutes' services much, probably not at all, but I want to have the option to work as a prostitute.
